is ther any breed of rooster that is quieter than the others

Someone said Seramas were not as loud, that maybe true but my 2 crowed from the time the sun came up till sunset!

My Serama roo is SUPER DUPER loud! He's not a "normal" serama because he is a little larger than he should be and he has feathers on his legs

So not sure where the feathers come from but he's my very first hatch and he's a keeper no matter how loud he is. He's my baby

My Buff Brahma rooster is quieter than my Ameraucana, Catalana and Polish roosters. It could be an individual thing, despite being much larger than the others, he is taking his place as 3rd in line of dominance. He just brushes past and ignores the pesky and LOUD Polish roosters and he is gentle with everybody else. My Silkie rooster who lives in a separate pen, is quieter too, although he sounds like a squeeky toy!

My precious little Mille Fluer d'uccles crow as loud as they can, but it sounds like a tiny mouse squeaking.

My heart grows each time I hear them and I have to run over and watch them everytime they make their little sounds.

I love all my roosters. Crowing is one of the nicest sounds. We only have about 1/2 dozen crowing, though.

Dang it to heck!!! I wanted so bad to say that and you beat me!

Don't know if its true but I was told if you only have one rooster they don't crow so much. Is that true?

That would make sense to me. My roosters definitely try to outdo each other.
