Is there a current record for use of zip ties in a run?

I have about 300 black ones on my run, and will probably have that many again once I get it covered. AND, if I let my hens hatch out some chicks next spring, I'll have to line the pen with either plastic net or chicken wire................I love zip ties! Right now I buy mine at my local ACE hardware, because it's handy to go right up the street and get them. They are about $6 for 100 there. I haven't checked at Menards or any place else yet.

Too funny! I thought I had this but after reading, I realize I am not even worthy.

However, if there is another contest for the largest number of "L" brackets used to build a coop, don't even bother to apply. I have that one sewn up.

Hubby says I could build a 3 bedroom house with lumber and "L" brackets!

I hold the record for putting up an entire shedrow around my barn using 2X4 hangers and hurricane clips for the rafters. I had never done any roofing and was working by myself, so I had to make it quick and easy.
