Quail eggs where you live??? I went to our local co-op and lo and behold, they were selling quail eggs in the bulk refrigerated section! If I raised quail, do you think there would be a market for their eggs? What about where you live?
 
Quail eggs sell for about $5 for 50 around here, but the birds themselves do fairly well. If you are planning to sell them yourself you should be okay, but if you plan to sell them to a market or such you would need to go through a lot of red tape to be licensed.
