Is there a problem?

So Millie has been acting kinda strange for a few days. She eats but does not eat as much as she used to. (she basically stuffed herself before and now barely has anything in her crop) She likes to sit around all day fluffed up. The only time she is happy is when we let them free range for an hour. I have been really worried about her and recently I found a place on her neck where our annoying Silkie roo has been grabbing onto her a little too much. So basically half her neck is bald. I get this feeling that she is in a lot of pain because she does not like to bend her head forward a lot and likes to keep her head upright. Is there anything I can do or is there something else wrong with her? At first I though maybe it was egg binding but she lays an egg everyday normally so I don't think so. Any help would be great.

Does she sit on a nest or just scrunched up in a corner all day? How are her poos?

She doesn't sit on a nest, she just sits in the middle of the coop, well more like stands not sits but she just stays in one place for a longer period of time. Her poos are pretty normal to me. Oh and I forgot to mention that her wattles and comb have turned a paler red than before.
