Is there ANY chance Waffles is a girl?

He is, for sure! But he's not a very good rooster. He is good with the girls, but he hates me and tries to kill me at least once a week. He weighs about 1.25 lbs. If he was a standard size, he'd be dangerous and have to go.

Bahahaha! Oh no! Murderous little sucker; he's lucky he's small, and I guess so are you!

Definitely ended up being a dude! A few weeks after my initial post he started getting more aggressive/bossy and I reached out to a local rooster rescue and cried the whole way there and during the exchange. The woman I handed him over to also brought an orpington pullet and the difference between the two was startling and obvious. She didn't hesitate to call him out as a roo, and I was able to follow up a few weeks later and hear that he had been placed with someone wanting a rooster. I still think of him often, he was my fav :')
