Is there any way other than venting to determine the gender of a turkey poult?

I have a month old Royal Palm turkey poult. I bought three hoping that at least two would survive, they didn't. I found a neighbor that has Royal Palms, but only adults. He will give me one, but I don't know what sex to ask for because I don't know what gender my poult is yet. Help!

Ask for a hen, because toms are easier to find, especially in the spring.
