Check out “crow collars”. Amazon has them for maybe $20. It hasn’t “stopped” my rooster from crowing but it is quieter and less frequent. I’m sure he isn’t thrilled about it but he is also alive and not in my freezer.

		 . The only thing is the collar cost just as much as the rooster itself depending on what kind of rooster you have, but it’s worth it if you want fertilized eggs and protection!
