Is there anyone near Memphis TN that could show me how to Caponize?

I got a WHOLE lot more males than I need and would like to be shown how to caponize by someone with experience.

No Doubt. I want to be as confident as possible when I'm operating on live ones. Maybe it's just one of those things I can learn quickly from doing it.
