Wow!!! That has to be about the most amazing thing I have read in a LONGGGGGGGGGG time! Glad everything worked out alright. It seems like it was a good thing he clicked the phone shut, however, or he might not have been arrested. The mother being stupid enough to threaten your life in front of the cops is just the icing on the cake!! They appear to be as smart as they are well mannered.

I only read the first post and haven't read any of the responses.

Get a pit bull or a doberman to post at your front door, find out who they are and get a restraining order. And ask the authorities to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. If she threatened your life, she needs to be prosecuted. I feel so sorry for the little girl who has only had those two as parents and role models.

They might come back.

Sometimes I'm sad I'm legally an adult now, I can't smack another minor and just get a slap on the wrist from the law.
When I was 17 this girl a couple years younger than me came to look at a horse and ended up hating it, and actually KICKED IT IN THE LEG as hard as she could!

I gave her a black eye.
