Is there anything I can do for my poor congested Roo?

I'm sure anything warm and cozy he will appreciate. Do you have some antibiotics in his water? Does the coop have a strong ammonia smell because that will make them sick.

I currently have 11 chicks in a brooder in my laundry room. Because of that, my roo that has a respitory thing going on is in my daughters room, at the far end of the house. She has two pet rats, and I feel soooo sorry for them. Every time he crows, though I think they are a little more used to it now, it has got to be so loud for them! My other daughter's room is being used for my hen that I think has vent gleet. lol. I better not get any more sick chickens, I'm running out of rooms!!! I do think that a warm steamy bathroom would be good for him, as long as he isn't wet when he goes back outside. JMO. Good luck!

We had one chick that was keep opening its mouth husband held the chick for a couple of minutes and it passed away. We now have another one doing the same thing but not as bad the chick is now inside and we are keeping an eye on other chicks to make sure they don't get the same issue they have already been treated for corid. Don't know what else we can do our first set of chicks didn't have this issue.
