Is there anyway to tell..

    If a hatched eggs is fertile or not, I mean is there a mark or something on the shell to indicate the fertility? [​IMG]

    I've never heard of anything on the shell--only the "bullseye" that can be seen after the egg has been cracked.

    I recieved some shipped eggs and a couple had cracks so I went ahead and opened them to see if the yolks were scambled.

    I had read on here what the bullseye looked like~~~
    This was the first time I had actually seen one in person [​IMG]

    It's a shame you have to open the egg to see it!
