Is there anyway ( TSC ?)

Well I went to TSC and the manager I was hoping to be there wasn't. I asked her if there was anyway to buy less than 6 and she said no it's a state law. I tried to explain to her that my daughter lost her little banty, but she still said no even though I told her that I ahd 24 others at home. Finally after telling my daughter that we couldn't get 1 because I was not buying 6 more, I made the statement "I wish there was a gaurantee so that if one dies you could get it replaced. Then she said you just got them and one died well if you have your receipt I can make that good. She said she thought I ment we lost it as in couldn't find it..Really..

So I replaced her chick and she is ok now, but I would still like to get a second banty so I don't have just one little one.

Then when I was checking out my 3yr old wanted one of the gift cards because he has gotten them at walmart and Big lots and pretended to have a credit card, and the cashier turns around and says to him those are for sale you can't take one..

I forgot to add that a bunch of youngsters came in ( and I don't mean kids) and where messing with the chicks, this girl was holding one and it pooed on her hand and she dropped the poor thing on the floor..

Just wanted to update that the single red pullet we got to replace my daughters little chick has been here 2 days now and is doing great. I would still like to find another banny to go with the one we still have it looks so tiny mixed in with 23 bigger chicks..

Good to know TSC will replace a dead chick. We had one that became paralyzed and died. Here in Kentucky there is a state law about the number of chicks/ducklings you can buy.
