I'm trying not to blame myself.....Its not working....Yeah, we learn through mistakes.

Definitely don't feel bad..I'm like the Momma Hen and just live for the living...

I try to just live for the living but then I always think about the dead.....And I'm trying not to feel bad, is it working? Not really....

Well as you hatch more and get more losses you become better at it. It definitely isn't easy although gets easier.
I haven't had many losses although I'm not as upset anymore either.

In a way, its easier to lose a chick because you aren't attached, but then you think about the life this chick could have had and its still just as hard.
I'm sure the more you lose the easier it gets. But its still hard.

The hen, Sunny, took the chick out to eat. I put some clean bedding in her box while they were out. The chick seems to be ok, so lets cross our fingers!
