Yes, I'm planning to do that. I should have done it immediately, if I had this probably wouldn't have happened.Clean the nest - remove all soiled bedding and replace with clean/dry to cut down on the bacterial level.

Well I only remove the shells and have no issues. I've had a couple of Chicks not make it the first 24 hours and just figure the chick wasn't right.
