I was, but I'm selling the birds instead. They are pretty fluffy and that gets in the way of fertility a LOT! So mine will be leaving soon..

I dont have any birds right now but will be getting some soon. I will be showing my birds as I did in the past. Cochins are my favorite breed as well as Frizzles. I will also be breeding my very own SQ Standard White Frizzle Cochins and will hopefully have some for sale in a few years.


Edited to say: Thats not a Blue Wheaton you have there runamuck, its a Blue Red. It is a very, very pretty bird as well! And also, have you checked the Cochin Forum for hatching eggs?

If you want good cochin bantam eggs, I can recommend "sjbirds" on Ebay. His name is Steve and he's from PA. I bought eggs via an auction earlier this year and had great luck with shipping and fertility. He always seems to have eggs selling on there. I'd recommend giving him a try.

What would you cross with a standard cochin to get a bantam? I have 10 black/blue cochin eggs going in the bator tonight, and it would maybe be fun to breed them to get bantams.
