Is there something wrong with my gosling?

This guy is about a week old, canada goose. He sits back on his “knees” whenever not walking around. I have one other gosling and he doesn’t do this at all. I’m not sure if this is abnormal as he can walk, run and stand perfectly fine. He’s been doing this since day one, thought he’d grow out but he hasn’t.

He might need nacin, as it can be painful to just stand on his feet. Water fowl need a lot of nacin while growing, because they grow so fast.

TBF, mostly I deal with ducks and I have not had a goose, but I think they also have the same problem. Nutritional Yeast has a lot of B3 (nacin) and seems to be pretty easy to give.

@New duck mommy 2021 might have more info than I do.
