Is this 6 weeker a rooster?

The black/ white chick with the straight comb in the rear has been guessed to be a boy because he was an early developer but what about the one in the front? I am thinking another rooster.
Both are Silkie/d’uccle crosses

I was suprised with them being mostly white. I was for sure thought they were going to be tan/black like their big brother (pic below)
