Is this a Barnevelder?

My daughter got this guy with some Barnevelders and was told all are Barnevelders. They are about 6 weeks old now and this one has different coloring then the other ones. My daughter raises chickens for her 4H project for fair and looking at the Blue Book it looks like the coloring isn’t going to be able to take to fair if it is a Barnevelder. So she is wondering if this is a Barnevelder that the coloring just isn’t in the Blue Book or if it could be a different breed that got put in with the other chicks?

She has some other chickens this year that she can’t take to fair but she got to sell the eggs and for chicks so not the end of the world if she can’t take him to fair.

He has a blue base instead of black, not a fault, I think. It happens sometimes.

Yay she has to only take birds in the blue book to fair so it was more she was trying to figure out if he could go to fair or if he got to stay with her
