I posted before about ALL of my birds (what drama that became - they were mostly boys!) so I'm posting each bird that I'm trying to sort out individually this time - hopefully with more pictures and some things I've read or looked for, I'll be able to figure out what each bird is - with your help!!!

I believe this bird is a barred plymouth rock (maybe?)... and is about 4ish months old

She has a single comb and red ear lobes (pale red, but I wouldn't say pink)

Her legs look more white to me (as compared to yellow like I read that PR are)

I feel like I need to go check her skin color since everything I read says that PR birds have yellow skin and legs...

I will say she's the most friendly - she's the only one that runs up to us for food and eats from our hands - but I think that's how she was raised rather than her breed.

Any idea on what she is?
(I am willing to go take pictures of specific body parts or to just check specific things in the morning if anyone needs more information)

Not the best breeding, to be too forthrightly honest, perhaps. The legs should indeed be yellow, but you know that. The comb and wattles would be totally out of place for a pullet at 12 weeks, but would be common for a cockerel from 8 weeks and older. When did this bird sprout the comb and wattles, do you remember?

Finally, in the photo of the bird climbing the hill, I cannot tell for sure, but it looks like some saddle feathers are showing. A close up of the area near the base of the tail would be helpful.

The one in the first picture is a barred rock cockerel. The second picture is a barred rock pullet. Third picture pullet. You do have 2 don't you?

she is a cockerel and looks like a cuckoo marans....no eggs from this one sorry

That looks like my 2 production BR's.

The boys have bigger white stripes than the girls so from a distance they look lighter than the girls.

the three pictures are all the SAME bird... this whole thread is on ONE bird and I only posted pictures of the one. The first two pictures are outside, the last one was inside the coop at night.

Someone had mentioned before that she might be a HE - but then I had someone come to the house to buy HIM and the man said that it was a SHE (and therefore I didn't want to sell her, and he didn't want to buy her since he wanted a rooster.)

I got them on June 24th and wasn't given a straight answer on the age ("they will lay in a week or two" was the first thing I was told... Then I was told "by the end of summer") I was told they were all the same age - but take that with a grain of salt. The pictures were taken on June 29th - I should probably go out there and take a picture since it's almost a month since those pictures - but from memory I think his/her wattles and comb are the same. I will get newer pictures tomorrow.
