I paid $28 total for the pair. The male was $18. Far as I know there is no quarentine. They will be shipped to a receiver in Georgia and then they will come to me on an overnight FedEx. I'm not sure I would buy other tropical fish this way but Anabantoids can breath air so I think their chance of making the trip is solid.

I am amazed at the color varieties, I believe there were some solid blacks too.
