is this a blue silkie?

is this a blue silkie? Colors are "gray" and black. skin beak and feet are black..would the white one be a splash or paint? Just a few blackish spots.

I am not an expert by any means.
I believe the white with spots would be a paint. Not completely sure on the other. My last hatch I got a couple questionable ones. Think they are going to have to grow out more.
Do you know the breeding on these ?

yes i know the breeding on some, but not my black hen silkies

This is my rooster. He does have gray in his tail feathers
