Is this a boy (rooster) named Sue?

We got a mixed batch of 6 day-old chicks including one "Golden Comet" named Sue that we've since been told is a Faverolle mix. The farm was sure she was a Golden Comet, so I'm thinking that's the mama hen's breed and that a Faverolle rooster fathered this little one. Now we're trying to figure out if she's really a girl, with mixed answers (& both my husband & I are first-time chicken owners, so we don't know at all).
Pics are 1 day old (profile pic), 7 days old (wing & profile pics), 16 days old, & now at 5 weeks old (side & back pics)
I don't have individual pics in between because they all got too quick for me to take good pictures, but she's changed so much in the last couple weeks!

Also, so far Sue is the friendliest towards the others - she (he?) doesn't act aggressive toward them at all, & she's the first to greet any bird I've picked up out of the flock when I put them back. And our Welsummer (the same age & definitely a girl) is the protector of the flock so far. Which makes me think Sue's a girl, though she's looking more & more like a boy to me (but again, I'm not an expert).

That's 3 votes for pullet & 2 votes for rooster (from multiple sources) - anyone else willing to chime in? I don't want to get too attached if she's a he (we have strict laws about noise here).
