Is this a buff orpington?

We were under the impression this was a buff orpington any ideas?

a better picture would be good,can't see the color.the legs look yellow,if so not a buff orpington.

Could be. You will probably have to wait until it ages, and go off of leg color. If the legs turn white then you have an Orpington. If they stay yellow you have a Plymouth Rock.
