Chickens do not have penises and only an experienced vent sexer can tell gender by looking at the vent.

As long as I've been asking about vents people have been telling me only experienced people can tell from vents ... what I want to know is where does that experience come from? Don't they all have to start from somewhere or is there a breed of people born with that experience?!!

I'm pretty sure that I've read that people go through special training for it.
