Excuse my ignorance but this is a 4 week old orpington. I'm pretty sure it's a boy judging by the comb...but is this his penis?...the tiny white dot. (Excuse my hands/nails... They're for work!)

Chickens do not have penises and only an experienced vent sexer can tell gender by looking at the vent.

A rooster and hen do a cloacal kiss. The put their vents together. The rooster’s cloaca contains two tiny nipples (papillae) at the ends of the two ducts that transport semen from the rooster’s testes.
