It's not a barred rock, it's most likely a Dominique or a Dominique mix. It's to young to tell his/her gender but I am leaning towards cockerel. Post more pictures in a month.

It looks like a barred rock (there are a lot of barred chicken breeds, but the barred rock is most commonly sold at feed stores, breeders and harcheries) if it is a barred rock the barring and feet say cockerel. Are you asking about the white one too?
