I wouldn't cull it until you know for sure, without a doubt. I say it looks kind of pullety, and if it is a Roo you should have attempted crows in the next month or so!

Agreed - there is nothing to lose by waiting it out to be absolutely certain, plenty to lose by culling too soon.
