Its a fox with mange. You can get mange treatment for the vets and leave some food out for it with the treatment in. Then it will recover.
Thank you to everyone who has responded to my post. I do now understand it was just a fox with heavy mange. I've only had a BYC account for a few weeks, so that is why I asked you guys WAYYY after I saw this fox. I saw him about 13 months ago, but we would see him frequently. Ever since about a year ago, we havent seen him. I figured that now that I have a BYC account I'd ask all of you what you think he was. (I should've included in the post that it was a long time ago when we saw him) I think he probably died or got killed a long time ago, or else I would contact the dnr or something to remove it. If you don't want it around maybe you can shoot it if that is allowed where you are.
