Is this a dead worm, something else, or normal poop?

My girls have been treated for Coccidiosis (for 2x/day for 5 days - last day Thursday, 7/25) and with a Jedd's wormer with 10% Oxfendazole and10% Praziquantel (2 days and then 21 days later, 2 more days.) And now I see this. I've checked all the poop charts I can find, but don't see anything like this....Should I be worried?

I see a small amount of sloughed intestinal lining, no worm(s.) I wouldnt worry about it unless it's constant.

As @dawg53 said, I too see some intestinal lining but nothing too serious to worry about....is it hot where your located. Their poop will appear as it does in the pic during excessive heat.

Thank you @007Sean. Yes it's been very hot (90-100 - heat index 105 - 108 past couple of weeks), normal for Fort Worth unfortunately.
