Is this a developing chick or something else?

I cracked this egg open this evening that had been collected this morning. We collect eggs every day but normally earlier in the day. Today it was later in the evening when we collected. I just want to know if this was a developing baby or something else. Yes I have a rooster

It might be if it was actively being sat on and was missed from the day before. But it might just be a bit of fat from a glitch too
