Is this a Dry Comb?

Hello, My white leghorn Lily (she has a big comb compared to the other girls) her comb looks sort of flaky or dry? Or is it another sort of injury? Should I put like vaseline or neopsorin to moisturize it or is it something worse?

Mine has that and I’m pretty sure it’s fowl pox. I’ve been spraying it with something that helps.

ok. they don't really look like that to me. She actually was bullied a little while ago so some of the scabs are healing from that. It is sort of whiteish so that was what made me think it was dry.
