Anyone up for a visual challege? I know some of you will be...
(Boy Howdy it's hard to take a picture of an egg yolk without getting flash burns on your eyes

Assessment needed: Is this a fertile egg? These images are of the same egg, and you might need to search the picture for the ring.

What do you think?

Ring located at 2:00 from the white flash spot

Again at 2:00 (My husband says this is 2:15 --- He's a perfectionist

Looks like a bullseye to me. I say its fertile. Looks like the ones I checked before I set some and they were fertile.

I feel dumb, but can someone tell me what we're looking at? I don't know what the ring is that means it's fertile.

yes, fertile!

in an infertile egg, you see an irregularly shaped speckle. In a fertilized egg, you see a more perfect circle.

Yup, I think that's a bullseye.

BTW I tend to find I get much better close-up pictures if I turn the flash on my camera off.
