I doesn't look like any slug I've ever seen. It does look like one of the worms pictured on the link posted. Scroll up. If it's from an animal and it's as big as it looks I'd guess it wasn't a chicken. I just started adding DE to my girls feed so hopefully worms won't be a problem with them. And it's on the floor and the new litter I put down this morning. And I'm using DE in my morning shake so they shouldn't be for me either. Which is a good idea since I could pick something up just hanging around in my chicken house like I do.
Id advise NOT to handle this thing with bare hands. If it's a slug one teeny tiny bit of it's slim can grow and grow on your hands. Take my work for it, it's no fun. I'd salt it good and then get rid of it. Ewww.....
