, we didnt finish the play skool coop...almost but didnt....got dark. now we have 4 days of heayv rain coming.

Thanks everyone. I want this freaking good deal. I will have to work out the details w/ the guy.

He builds these things to suit a customers needs, so I'll tell him to leave everything like the model.
It's kinda difficult to determine quality, because he's not located near me and I can't inspect it before he delivers. He comes into my area on business and that's when he will deliver to me.

Jimnjay, I love your playhouse coop! Thanks for posting the pics. That addition on the side is a good idea for extra space if I ever need it.

Cute. Better deal than some of the frefab type that are even smaller!!! Would get it. Easy to 'furnish', screen the window, cut a popdoor in and paint it. Leave the shingles on!!!! I would get it in a heartbeat if it were near me....

I ordered it !!!
He said he can paint it white or water-stain and I chose white.
This way I can add an accent color and trim it out.
It will take a few weeks, so I guess I have to be patient.
Hmm, I'm just praying this guy will follow through.

Good!!!!!! Maybe he can even cut a popdoor and attach a hinge so you don't have to cut......Just a thought.
