Is this a good price/build?

I went thru Steel City Sheds. Their website is https://www.steelcitysheds.com/ tho I did most of my communication with them thru Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100084791537026

They were very easy to work with. My only regret is not sticking with my original color scheme of browns. I decided to go greys and the siding color that looked grey on my monitor came out blue grey on the shed lol.

If I had one suggestion, I’d ask them to lower the height of the nest box and see if they can make the front hinged instead of the top.
Thank you!

In my area that would be a very reasonable price... caveat is, I live in an overpriced area. I paid a comparable price square footage wise 7 years ago (when wood and labor were cheaper) for a custom shed-coop.

I would see if they can add more ventilation though. And maybe a chicken pop opening as well (you can add an auto door or manual door) - I paid my shed guy $100 extra to cut and frame one out so it's nice and neat. The windows alone won't cut it and while I see gable vents in a few of their examples it'd be far better if they could leave some of the blocking under the eaves open and covered with hardware cloth, for ventilation up high. Can't really see if there's ridge vents or not (their site isn't loading well for me) but that would help as well.
If he can leave the eaves open, would I need to also add a fan, do you think? Our original plan was to just have the shed get put in, and we could cut the hole for the chicken door and a fan ourselves, or ask him if he'd do it for us, depending on cost.

I guess it depends on how hot your summers get. Having the soffits or under eave open should add a ton of ventilation year round, but if you have hot summers to deal with a fan might help, however I've never tried adding one so I can't give specific advice on that.
