Is this a good quail pen?

I'm going to have around 12 coturnix quails. Is this enough space? Im also going to put some extensions in the sides to make some houses and hidy holes.

Width is 4ft 4in length is 2ft 4in height is 2ft 11in.

Looks big enough to me. I have seen people who had a lot more in a lot less space but I think about 12 would be enough for this pen.
