If the comb stays that red (and waddle color matches), on a chick that young then I would agree that it is likely a cockerel. Flushing from temperature or activity can make them look red like that short term.

Feathering isn't telling any gender stories yet.

How old is it anyways? Do you know what type cross?

Interesting mix! Except for the lack of feathered legs looks very much like my cochin/ Silkie Cross.
Agree this one is likely male depending on age.
