Could I use this same guide to sex 1mo SS chicks as well? I got 4 of them from the same lady. And if the chicks turn out to be hens, can I just put my EE roo in with them? Or do I need a SS roo?

I’m not sure but my opinion is this guide Does work on the pea comb birds.
and If you want to hatch purebred chickens then I wouldn’t mix breeds but yeah you can put them together otherwise

You can post pictures of them here. Sometimes a cockerel is pretty obvious. You cannot put 3 rooster with only 4 hens. Only 1 rooster can be with 4 hens and you'll have to wait until they're around the same size.

1 month is too young to tell sex by looking at saddle feathers. Sometimes we can tell by their combs at that age, but more often than not they need more time to grow before sexing them

I'm definitely only keeping one rooster. But, that's good to know on the size thing. Thank you.

These are the chicks. The first one pictured is a lighter color than the other three, and has a shorter comb. All four seem to be only one pea wide. What do y'all think?

Unfortunately those are not pea combs those are single combs so they don’t follow the same rules. Usually the bigger and darker pink single combs are males.
