Definitely not a hybrid. Perhaps a young homer, feral, or mix of some kind. The split (part colored, part blackish) and odd eyes (two different eyes) are common in pied birds.

(Rollers don't have the same homing abilities as homers do; they're known for their in-air acrobatics.)
