Is this a lash egg? If so, what do I do?

I don't know who it came from but all will be four yrs old in April. I'm reading some things saying
1. This will keep happening and she'll likely die soon
2. Treat the whole flock with Baytril or some antibiotic
3. Do nothing, the infection is now out and she'll be fine.

I'm lost!

I agree. If this happened to one of my birds I will be lost too. Number 1 says she will die, but number 3 says the opposite saying she will be fine. Number 2 says to treat them.

If this is lash egg, can I treat the whole flock for it with Tylan powder added to their water? Would that be effective?

I think I have Baytril as well.

My flock has mycoplasma within the flock.

Would amoxicillin work? And if so, I have AquaMox Forte 30 for fish. Expired a year ago. How on earth much to give and how?
@casportpony
I found this. How much do I give? And I assume orally to each hen?
