Is this a lash egg?

This morning I found this on the poop board, frozen solid. My girls haven't been laying since mid November and they have just started again this week. This was in a puddle of bloody, watery ice. It smells like egg yolk. I have 16 chickens and no idea who produced this. How concerned should I be?

Yes it is however just monitor for any signs of distress

It does look like a lash egg. If everyone seems to be eating/drinking/pooping normally, just keep an eye out for any other signs of an issue.
