Is this a Liege Fighter Rooster?

The deathlayer doesn't look quite right for color pattern, but the deathlayers look very good.

They are right up your alley.

They were bred to be huge, intimidating fighters, while still being able to be eaten - an old school dual purpose breed and are fibro - which is a cool bonus.

The best part is they would fight and compete with their natural spurs - against birds who'd have the knives attached - and the liege would whip their butts.

I was just picturing the fighting rings and whoever was the first person was who brought in this giant chicken and how intimidated the other people probably were.

They are! As Oriental gamefowl, I obviously have a love for them. Most Oriental gamefowl were natural. They're cool birds. Don't know if I'd ever keep them. I'd have to retire one or two flocks to get them! Right now I'm happy with my one guy and his half aseel kids that might come in the future. I'd love an aseel hen (his wives wouldn't) but right now is not the time for too many more birds
