Is this a molt?

I have an almost 1 year old Leghorn hen that just randomly started losing a feather or two here and there, then she started losing them in droves! I thought something attacked her, but none of my other 7 hens were touched. So, I just thought it was molting. Now, her earlobes are turning yellow & she looks plum pitiful! The back of her neck is almost naked & she’s got a few spots on her wings & legs that are semi-bare, but there’s also a plethora of new growth...I guess I just need a little reassurance that it’s a molt & not mites! I’m attaching pictures, but please don’t panic, I put Pick-No-More lotion on her to keep the other girls from being ugly to her! Lol Thank y’all, so much, in advance! 🖤

Yes, that's a hard LATE molt. Try not to handle her. They are very sensitive during a molt like that.
