Is this a normal resting position for a 2-3 week old chick?

This is about the best photo I can get of my chicks sleeping position, it sleeps slightly tilted into its side and tends to breathe slightly heavily. Is this normal? It runs around, eats, and drinks from time to time.

You say breathing heavily which makes me think that it’s too hot. How hot is it under that heat lamp? Unless you are brooding outside in a barn, shed or unheated garage red bulbs get too hot to use.

FYI turn off red lights before taking photos, all I can see is a feathery bundle.
