Porcelain, I believe. The hen looks like a blue. Very pretty birds!

My guess is still Porcelain for the roo. I have a porcelain d'uccle and the colors look really close to her. I might be wrong, since I have only been with chickens for 3 years but that's my guess. The hen is definitely not porcelain.

EDIT:

Besides, the lighting might be throwing the color off. Maybe post a few more up close pics?

Looks like a splash rooster and a blue hen to me. They're based on blue/black/splash breeding, not lavender.
