Just noticed this tonight. I think one other has this a little bit. Sorry I couldn’t get a better picture at night

No idea. I am new to chickens

It looks like feather picking, and, if so, the feathers won't grow back until she molts again. She's not in any pain right now, in fact, she probably doesn't even care. During the winter months, they can get bored, and feather picking is a distraction.
