Is this a problem?

haha, yes. My other rooster got those too, if they had another rooster then this is probably why. When the two roosters got into a fight (We of course separated them after that) he was bleeding on his comb, after a few days it became a scab, about a few weeks later thats what it looked like.
 
I think you guys are right. I checked them out and saw that they were scabby looking things. There are lines of them too on the comb, which suggests not pox but a bite. Silly things...
