Is this a pullet or a cockerel?

I brought home 4 buff Orpington chickens to round out my flock and one of them carries its tail a little different than the rest and appears to have more color coming in on its comb. Here's some pictures of the chicken.[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] sorry for the poor quality

It does look roo-ish to me. I'm not 100% on this one though, so I'd wait to cull.

In the first picture especially it has a fair amount of pink on its face for 8 weeks, so leaning towards roo, but too early to tell for sure.

I will try to get a better picture tonight with her/him beside of one of the other Orpingtons I have for a little better comparison. All of their legs are similar and they all act the same so I'm hoping a better picture will help. I live within city limits so I can't have a rooster, if its a roo i have to send it to a friend of mine in the sticks
