Is this a pullet, the all white is throwing me off.

This is a 4.5 month old white Easter egger who is looking a bit different from my other white EE. Just wondering if this could be a cockerel?

I agree with all others, you've got a Pullet, and I also have one identical, solid white.
Eggs are in your future!
