I have another I am unsure about. This is from my bantam mix pen. Almost 4 months old. I am getting pullet vibes, but not 100% confident. What do you think?

As soon as I see this post, I thought about Buckbeak.Coloring looks very similar to my EE cockerel, but his comb is much redder than yours. He was 13 weeks when the picture was taken.

That's how I understand it too, but I'm still learning so I don't want to say anything definitive. The hackle feathers are hard for me to determine, but the saddle feathers look like they're starting to curve down a bit, which is also a male trait.I thought a red shoulder is guaranteed roo?
